What Families Should Know
Allergen practices
MealBets meals are free from peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish. Other allergens may be present, and meals cannot be customized because they are prepared in batches.
Review each meal’s ingredients and dietary information in the app before ordering. Contact us when you need help confirming ingredient information.
Nutrition standards
All MealBets categories except Deluxe Full Meal are designed to comply with Ontario Policy/Program Memorandum 150 nutrition standards.
Kitchen controls
Meals are prepared through our licensed commercial kitchen operations. MealBets publishes its current inspection, food-handler, insurance, and menu-review documents for families and schools to review.
Labeled school delivery
Orders are labeled using the student meal note supplied by the parent and delivered in groups to the school’s designated lunch drop-off point.
